Canadian Syncope Risk Score
30-day serious-outcome risk stratification after a completed ED syncope assessment.
Intended population: Age ≥16, syncope within 24 hours; no serious cause identified during the ED evaluation.
- Not a substitute for ED evaluation or a rule for all transient loss of consciousness. Disposition requires the complete assessment.
- Missing ECG or troponin results are not normal results. Enter verified results; this implementation does not impute unmeasured tests.
